I went in for an oil change for my wife's car. The gentleman said it would take about 15 minutes but it only took 10. The workers were extremely friendly and professional. Where do I even BEGIN! The service is INCREDIBLE! All the technicians take the time to thoroughly explain what theyre doing and looking for. They also thoroughly go over their findings and when they recommend something, theyre very knowledgeable. Chuck and I believe his name is Tom, they both keep the atmosphere in the shop full of fun and laughs, but they get the job done. I used to live in St. Louis and the service at any shop was no where near the service and friendliness that Charlies in Jackson offers. They always take excellent care of my state vehicle and I will be bringing my personal vehicle To them once my warranty in St. Louis runs out. So glad I moved down here and so glad to have a service shop around like Charlies that is laid back and actually cares about cars and their owner. Keep it up!

I just moved to Anna got my first oil change here and I'm going to make Charlie's my permanent oil changing place I was pleased with the work they did the manager informed me that I need a new air filter which I purchased because the other one was real dirty I also got a free rain check for a car wash they offered because the weather was bad that day I came back 3 weeks later and they washed my truck for me for free hand washed good job. Charlies employees are the best. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. If something is not right, they will make it right. Charlies has performed several oil changes on my vehicle over the last 2 years, since I moved to the area. I do not feel like I need to immediately check my oil when I leave there, unlike an experience I had with a Brand X quick oil change company in a large metropolitan area several years ago. The last time I had my vehicles oil changed at Charlies, I was in my vehicle (pandemic social distancing, etc) when I heard a pop and saw the technician jump back. I honestly thought he was injured but he said he was fine and proceeded to detail my vehicles engine. He said oil had sprayed all over. He was more concerned with cleaning up my vehicle than getting oil off himself. I have an SUV so his head and face were closest to the fountain. He worked until the oil was all removed from my vehicles engine, windshield, and fender. He even had me run the wipers. He was not satisfied with how the wipers cleaned the windshield and replaced the wipers at no charge! That is the definition of excellent customer service. For the record, in the 1,000 miles I have put on my vehicle since then, there has been zero burning oil odor. I have also had tires rotated at Charlies and received the same friendly, fast, efficient service.
